We’ve enhanced our AI Phishing Coach with Just-in-Time Quizzes to ensure employees retain security knowledge, and don't simply click “acknowledge". The new quizzes are automatically-generated, relevant assessments that can be found on each coaching landing page, validating employee understanding and closing the training loop. Employees who don’t complete the quiz and acknowledge the training get reminders after 24 hours and again after 7 days. This enhancement empowers employees to apply their learnings and practice safer behaviors, fostering a more resilient security culture.
