Admins can now streamline their AppBase view with a new filter that hides previously deleted or deprovisioned applications, making it easier to focus on active integrations.
With this release:
A new checkbox labeled “Hide deleted apps” is now available in AppBase
When enabled, apps that have been previously uninstalled, deprovisioned, or deprecated are hidden from the visible list
Historical app data remains available and unchanged
AppBase is available for Microsoft 365 tenants only.
